We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before completing your order.

Haircare Products (No Refunds)

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, all haircare products are final sale and non-refundable.
Once these items leave our facility, we cannot guarantee they have not been opened, used, altered, or contaminated. For the safety of all customers, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on haircare products under any circumstances.

Non-Haircare Products

For products that are not haircare-related, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • A $7 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from all approved refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund (minus the $7 shipping fee) will be issued to the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Haircare products

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

  • Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
